Detached villa located on the Gulf of Cagliari, 130 metres from the beach, in the locality of Margine Rosso in the municipality of Quartu Sant’Elena. Distant from the centre of Cagliari 10 minutes by car or reachable by public transport. Very close to the Molentargius ponds with thousands of pink flamingos.
